By accessing or using ScientiaMesh, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

Description of Service

ScientiaMesh provides a universal memory layer that creates a centralized knowledge graph from your captured content and makes it accessible to AI assistants through the Model Context Protocol (MCP).

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • All content you capture and store in ScientiaMesh
  • Ensuring your use complies with applicable laws
  • Not using the service for illegal or harmful purposes
  • Not attempting to access or interfere with other users' data

Acceptable Use

You may not use ScientiaMesh to:

  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Upload malicious code or content
  • Attempt to bypass security measures
  • Abuse or overload our infrastructure
  • Resell or redistribute our service without permission

Content Ownership

You retain all rights to the content you capture and store in ScientiaMesh. We do not claim ownership of your content. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the service.

Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service with reasonable notice.

Limitation of Liability

ScientiaMesh is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

Termination

You may terminate your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, you may export your data within 30 days, after which it will be permanently deleted.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the service. Your continued use after changes constitute acceptance of the new terms.
